Integrity is the first word that comes to mind when describing Craig. I rarely come across professionals who stand out like him. I had the pleasure of working with Craig for a number of years on the board of a nonprofit organization that serves people with disabilities, and now giving him marketing advice for his law practice. Simply considering Craig's legal expertise and logical reasoning he is already top notch. However, what makes this true gentleman stand out is his calm presence at meetings, his active listening to consider different people's concerns, and his genuine desire to help people. When I think about the words "legal counsel", Craig truly epitomizes this role - someone who possesses the expertise to advise the right solutions and the human empathy to put everyone at ease even in the most challenging situations. In sum, I don't think you will come across many people like Craig in today's business world.
